Hello all! Welcome to thehealthylifediet, a place where I will provide you with tips and information on making you to healthiest and happiest you can be. The main goal here is to educate people on how being healthy doesn’t have to be a fad diet, but a life changing switch. I am here to bring you easy ways to not only change your eating habits, but to use to tools to make it a lifestyle. Being healthy should not have a time frame, it’s a lifestyle.
My Healthy Life Diet ( in progress)
A little about me, my name is Alysia, I am 25 years old. I am a graduate with a BA in Business Management and have a passion for living, breathing health. Growing up healthy wasn’t a thing, not that my family and I were unhealthy, but it wasn’t veggies and fruits every meal. I’ve made a lot of unhealthy choices both food and lack of physical activity. I use to just eat whatever I wanted, skip to workouts, allowing negativity to trump my motivation and so on. When I turned 21 I felt like I needed a change, to feel better. I started not only doing physical activity (hiking, running, gym workouts, biking etc) but looking at ways to fuel my body. My food habits changed, my thinking changed, I had more energy, and I was overall more happy. Now 4 years later and I am still learning and growing my healthy life diet, there is always more to learn, changes to make, slip ups and how to healthy and happy every day.
Healthy for Life
Now you know a little about my background, lets focus on you. The reason I have created this site, it is one thing to continue to improve my life, so why not share with other? Nothing would make me happier than being able to help others achieve to same satisfaction I have received from being healthy. I know when some people think of healthy they think restrictions, tasteless food, and a lot of work; well it doesn’t have to be like that. Thehealthylifediet will provide you with tools, resources, and information on how to make healthy a lifestyle without to added stress. All it takes are little steps, to change to what used to be to what can be. I hope you follow my posts and make your life a healthy one!
